You must be at least 13 years old to use Gravity Clips. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may require age verification at any time and may terminate accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone. You must not create accounts for others, create multiple accounts for yourself, or transfer your account to another person. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Gravity Clips. By uploading content, you grant Gravity Clips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works of your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service. This license includes the right to scan, analyze, and moderate content using automated and manual tools, including for private content. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except that copies made for backup, moderation, or legal compliance purposes may be retained.
You must not upload, share, transmit, or engage in any of the following on Gravity Clips, whether through clips, videos, chat messages, voice calls, video calls, usernames, avatars, match descriptions, or any other feature:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated; non-consensual intimate images (NCII), including deepfakes; promotion of or threats of violence, terrorism, or self-harm; harassment, bullying, stalking, or doxxing; hate speech targeting any person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic; sexually explicit or pornographic material; graphic violence or gore; content that infringes on intellectual property rights; promotion of illegal activities, drugs, or weapons; spam, scams, phishing, or commercial solicitation; impersonation of other users, public figures, or Gravity Clips staff; promotion of cheating, hacking, exploits, or unfair advantages in games.
This prohibition applies to ALL content on the platform, including content marked as private. Private visibility does not exempt content from these rules.
We reserve the right to review, scan, flag, and remove any content on the platform at any time, for any reason, including content marked as private. We may use automated tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning classifiers, perceptual hash matching (such as PhotoDNA), and manual human review to detect prohibited content. We are required by law to report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may report other illegal content to law enforcement.
Users may report content or other users that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. When content or a user is reported, we take immediate protective action: reported content is hidden from public view and the reported account is suspended pending review. This approach prioritizes community safety. If your account is suspended in error, you may contact our support team for review and reinstatement. Abuse of the reporting system (filing false or malicious reports) is itself a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of the reporter's account.
In compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we maintain a process for reporting and removing non-consensual intimate images. Reports can be submitted at /ncii-report without requiring a Gravity Clips account. Upon receiving a valid report, we will remove the identified content as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, and will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove identical copies.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may not create new accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban. We may retain your data as required for legal compliance, safety, or abuse prevention purposes.
Gravity Clips offers a Reputation Points (RP) system for competitive matchmaking. RP has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove RP balances at any time. Manipulation of the wager system (including collusion, match-fixing, or multi-accounting) is a violation of these terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAVITY CLIPS AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT POSTED, UPLOADED, OR TRANSMITTED BY OTHER USERS; (C) ANY INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS, INCLUDING VOICE CALLS, VIDEO CALLS, CHAT, AND MATCHES; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA; (E) WAGER OUTCOMES OR RP BALANCES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gravity Clips, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your violation of any third-party right; (e) your interactions with other users.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Gravity Clips, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Notices should include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Gravity Clips. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your account.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service and will require re-acceptance before continued use. Non-material changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the service after non-material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
